It has recently come to our attention that for the past month or so, Yahoo has seemed to be blocking our emails or flagging them as spam. Who knows why, maybe our unique company name triggers some sort of spam name with them, but its really annoying for everyone. If you are not getting a response from our customer service, or any email receipts, you may want to try checking your spam folders, and settings in Yahoo. If you still do not get any email responses, contact us using a different email other than on Yahoo. I wish there was an easier solution, but this is Yahoo’s doing, not ours.
PS: In a few more days, you will no longer have to wait for emails to start your downloads. Hang in there, October 6th is coming soon…

There’s a possibility that yahoo marks the newsletter as spam if the clickrate is under 0,1 %
This is common for the major mail providers.
Have you considered alternative ways of communicating the news in combination with the newsletters?
Just some thought

Well the issue isn’t with newsletters, it with any emails from our company. For example customer service, when people really need to ask us something.
