YouWorkForThem was founded and has been directed for the past eight years by Michael Paul Young & Michael Cina. In the final quarter of 2009, Michael Paul Young was elected the new President/Creative Director and Michael Cina stepped down to focus on his own personal ventures.
Resulting from the new leadership, there will be several changes forthcoming. Rest assured that YWFT will remain the same great design shop it has been since day one, and will continue to develop exclusive products in house and create custom work for clients on a select basis. Additionally, however, Mr. Young will also expand and improve several segments of the company. Already in the two months since he assumed control, Mr. Young has overseen a re-design of this website, added almost one hundred new font and stock products to the store, created the Book Archive, added new Font/Stock Art Licensing options and engaged in a new collaboration/partnership with Need Supply Co.
YouWorkForThem hopes you are looking forward to the upcoming years, and thanks you for all your support and patronage.

Sounds awesome, I can’t wait to see what you do in 2010. YWFT is a big inspiration and you have only gotten better with time. I like how there have been dozens of copycats, but you still hold true to your original vision. I’m pumped to hear that you’re going to actually be making a bigger impact in 2010, rather than sliding off the map.
As someone who also sells stock, at the Arsenal, it can be easy to want to quit sometimes because there are so many copycats, ripoffs, doubt, etc. Makes you wonder how viable selling stock is anymore.
I’m sure you weren’t very stoked when Arsenal got started and you may have considered us a copycat, but here we are 3 years later. I know what it feels like to see what you do diluted so much that it doesn’t even feel like your own thing anymore. But I respect you guys for staying true and not backing down. That says a lot about YWFT.
I still recommend people to buy your products when I know it fits their needs. They’ve been consistently high quality.
I can’t wait to see what 2010 has in store. Thanks for being such a big inspiration, I mean that.
I wish everyone a good luck. I can’t wait for what YWFT and Mr. Cina are up to this year.
Goodluck to YWFT! 2010 is going to be awesome!
