P22 Stickley Text
Foundry: IHOF
Designed by Michael Stickley, Stickley Text Pro is classic in its roots, pulling from Humanist and Oldstyle history, yet contemporary in its execution. It is quiet in its presentation and meant to allow clarity and legibility while adding its own character. It is intended to be used at text weight (10-12 pt. specifically) in book production, but is also suitable for a variety of design purposes.
Pro Opentype features include small caps, ligatures, discretionary ligatures, stylistic and tilting alternates, Central European characters, case-sensitive forms, superiors, inferiors, numerators, denominators, oldstyle proportional numbers, oldstyle tabular numbers, lining proportional numbers, fractions, ordinals and swash caps for the italics. Stickley Text Pro is a feature rich workhorse with international functionality.
About Michael Stickley - Michael graduated with a BFA Drawing & Painting and developed a focus on early 20th century art, architecture, and design, which grew into an interest in typography and type design.
