Phoenikia
Foundry: Letraset
If you are seeking something with a mildly historical edge then look no further than Phoenikia. When creating this font, German designer Frank Baranowski was influenced by the letterforms used by the early Phoenicians, hence the name. Despite this, Phoenikia has, what most of us would consider, something which actually resembles Greek overtones in appearance. However, the historical background shouldn't detract from the potential application of Phoenikia for it is a bold, angular face with a very unique and distinctive style and, as such, is suitable for effective use across a wide spectrum of advertising applications.
