Versina: A Sophisticated Calligraphic Serif Family from LatinoType Based in Concepción and Santiago, Chile, LatinoType has established itself as one of the most influential type foundries in Latin America and one of the most well-known in the world. LatinoType was originally established in 2007 as the first digital type foundry of its kind in Chile. The name, “LatinoType,” actually emerged from a font collection designed by cofounder Miguel Hernández. His “Latinopack” was based on pre-Columbian scripts and carried a similar cultural flavor,
