- Face Your Fears was created using a brush, paint and ink and a lot of paper. Due to the horror-like nature of Face Your Fears, the font looks great on websites, games and - of course - halloween cards. It has been around for a while and I have spotted Face Your Fears on rap-album covers, T-shirts, Heavy Metal merchandise, book covers and more.

Hanoded is a type foundry based in The Netherlands and run by David Kerkhoff. After finishing his journalism studies, David traveled extensively and ended up in Israel where he stayed for some years. David had a lot of jobs – zookeeper, goldsmith, artist and cook (to name a few), but settled on working as a tour guide and photographer. David specializes in hand printed typefaces and uses brushes, pens, ink and paint to create his – sometimes scary looking – fonts. He lives in the fruit growing area of Holland with his wife, three kids, several Burmese Buddha statues and a mosque-shaped alarm clock from Oman.
