I am a graphic designer specialising in typography. A large part of my practice involves typeface design and development and I create display typefaces under the name Little Fonts. All my work (graphic design or type design) is heavily influenced by patterns and geometry and I always try to create bold, balanced designs based on this. The first thing I'm aiming for when I start on any new project is to grab peoples attention through the use of striking imagery and shapes. I am also not afraid to experiment with bold colours, although this obviously doesn't translate into my typefaces (of course there's no reason why users can't add their own splash of colour to them through their own design work). I'm currently exploring ways to make my work move through the use of motion design software and also 3D design tools. I love music and lots of my work is either influenced by music I enjoy or intended for an application involving music in some way. All this is building towards me one day creating designs and working for music industry based clients.
