Jörg Schmitt is a German graphic designer who graduated with a degree in Communication Design from the University of Applied Sciences in 2010. That same year, he was nominated for “Most Talented Young Professional” by Rat für Formgebung (German Design Council) for his font family, Hellschreiber.
Based in Köln, Jörg works as a senior designer for Interbrand Zintzmeyer & Lux. He’s always searching for new and innovative ideas for typefaces with a staunch determination that keeps him moving ever forward in his career as a typographer.
