Based in Indonesia, Degarism Studio was established by Deni Anggara in 2016 as an independent type foundry. Degarism Studio offers retail fonts and custom type designs for graphic designers and clients throughout the world.

Deni has a rich history in the fields of graphic design, visual identity, branding, and art direction. Back in the early days of his career, he worked as a graphic design for a creative company, opting to strike out into the freelance world not long after. His first design studio lent his talents to a wide variety of creative projects that included branding, visual identity, and successful social media campaigns. Eventually, though, his career would shift its focus largely toward type design.

Deni’s background in graphic design and creative direction helped to build a solid foundation for his work in typography because he knows what other graphic designers are looking for in terms of type, and he also understands the principles of branding. His work through Degarism Studio prizes consistency and versatility. Deni loves what he does and it shows in every type design he creates.

One of his most recent releases through Degarism Studio is Neutrif Pro, a contemporary sans serif that was designed to be flexible. This grotesque type design was inspired by classic geometric sans serifs and modernist style, offering carefully-balanced proportions and kerning that allows for an incredibly comfortable reading experience.

Neutrif Pro stands with a minimalist architecture that conveys every message with clarity and precision. Available in Light, Regular, Medium, Semi Bold, and Bold, with corresponding italics for each, Neutrif Pro is perfect for design projects of all kinds. It works beautifully in displays and signage, headlines, subheadings, editorials, publishing, advertising, logos, product packaging, letterhead, corporate communications, white papers, infographics, presentations, marketing materials, labels, tags, business cards, website designs, and mobile applications.

Neutrif Pro offers several features through OpenType, including standard ligatures, discretionary ligatures, fractions, ordinals, superscript, tabular figures, and stylistic alternates for greater flexibility. It extends multilingual support to Basic Latin, Western European, Euro, Baltic, Turkish, Central European, Romanian, Pan African Latin, and Basic Greek for graphic design projects intended to reach a global audience.
