Margaret Penney established Hello Mart as a fine art gallery and surface design shop, specializing in digital art packs that meet the varied needs of graphic designers around the world. Whether you work in packaging design, home decor design, digital art collage, or anywhere in between, Hello Mart is filled to the brim with design assets you’ll love.
Margaret herself is a skilled designer who has traveled around the world and back, for fun and for work. She got her start working for a stock photo agency in New York, later working as an art director for a social media portal in Hong Kong. Her diverse work experience in art direction, print and package design, branding, and even type design have given her a well-rounded foundation for a graphic design and visual arts career that shows no signs of stopping.
Creative to her core, Margaret is someone who lives to explore and design. Blazing her own trail, much like her personal hero Amelia Earhart, Margaret went freelance as a designer and hasn’t looked back since. Hello Mart is a premier source for textures and patterns, photography stills, graphic design assets, and digital art packs for design projects of all kinds.
One of Hello Mart’s most recent releases through YouWorkForThem is Mount Everest Topographic Maps, a digital art pack based on contour maps of the world’s highest mountain.
Topographic maps enable us to display a three-dimensional rendering of land surfaces on a sheet of paper or a screen through the use of lines that mark distances and vertical elevations. Generally, more closely spaced lines are indicative of a steeper elevation and sparsely placed lines show gentle slopes.
Contour maps are useful for cartographers, but they’re also interesting works of art all on their own. Mount Everest Topographic Maps offers a total of nine files: three contour map versions in smooth, numbered, and brush-painted designs. These high-resolution designs are poster-sized at 11”x24”, 300dpi (3419×7201 px), in .ai, .eps, .jpg, .pdf, and .png formats. The .png files offer transparent backgrounds. This collection includes a helpful Read Me file, as well.
The files in Mount Everest Topographic Maps are perfect for design projects of all kinds, including backgrounds, website designs, fabric prints, home or office decor accents, product packaging, posters, gift wrap and gift bags, merchandise, stationery, book covers, marketing materials, social media imagery, mobile applications, digital art collage, photo layering and masking, and within typographic designs.
Hello Mart currently offers more than 120 products through YouWorkForThem, providing a varied range of digital art packs and graphic design assets for projects of all kinds. If you love Mount Everest Topographic Maps, Hello Mart offers several other contour map packs including Napa Valley, Peaks of North America, and Peaks of Europe.
