Based in Indonesia, Radinal Riki Mutaqin is a graphic designer and typographer who is relatively new to YouWorkForThem but nonetheless working toward great things with his career. We wrote about his debut type design earlier this year and we’re excited to talk about one of his most recent releases, Cosmo!

Cosmo is a decorative geometric display typeface that stands with a distinctly futuristic posture and a subtle retro aesthetic. This technologically-driven type design is straight-up out of this world, as its name suggests.

While the architecture of this font is solid and clean, it’s got some tricks up its sleeve. While the all-caps lowercase characters are fairly simple and unadorned, the all-caps uppercase letters carry unexpected twists and turns that add a totally extraterrestrial vibe to the entire letter system.

Cosmo is quirky in its own way, but it’s a charming display font for signage, logos, posters, product packaging, book covers, album art, marketing materials, apparel, merchandise, website designs, and mobile applications. It’s a great choice for branding and identity projects that need a totally unique and interstellar type design to take center stage.

Cosmo extends multilingual support to Basic Latin, Western European, Euro, and Pan African Latin languages for global accessibility.

Radinal Riki Mutaqin currently offers three products through YouWorkForThem and we’re looking forward to seeing more of his work as time goes on. Visit his portfolio to take a look at his work and bookmark it so you can check back for new releases in the coming months!
