Alfredo Marco Pradil, together with his wife, founded Hanken Design Co. in 2012. Alfredo has been a designer for more than a decade, working in visual merchandising, advertising, game development, product design, visual identities, and of course, typeface design. He’s worked with some major international brands that include Jameson Whisky, Absolut Vodka, Dean and Deluca, Dell, Extremis, and Royal Salute, just to name a few. Most recently, Alfredo collaborated with the team from Dell Blue to develop a brand new letter set, created exclusively for Alienware®.
His foundry, Hanken Design Co., pairs effective design concepts with affordability, giving designers reasonably-priced fonts that offer an extensive amount of flexibility in their work.
Radnika is a perfect example of this, and a new addition to YouWorkForThem. This clean, contemporary sans serif embodies all of Hanken Design Co.’s core principles. 18 styles and six weights provide an impressive number of options to work with; Light, Regular, Medium, SemiBold, Bold, and Black each have corresponding Condensed and Italic versions readily available.
Strongly built, Radnika is a modern workhouse family of fonts that is well suited for a long list of project types. Mobile applications and web content will benefit from its clean legibility, while editorial spreads and corporate white papers will take advantage of its credible air of authority. Radnika is also quite at home in product packaging, branding and identity, informative labels, business cards, and compelling advertising layouts.
Language support includes Basic Latin, Western European, Euro, Baltic, Turkish, Central European, Romanian, Pan African Latin, and Pinyin, and Radnika features both discretionary and standard ligatures to complete the package.
