While it offers a number of brands that are exclusive to the Mexican market, it also exports quality brands of beer throughout the world. Some of its most well-known brands include Modelo Especial, Victoria, and Mexico’s leading export brand, Corona.
Working with YouWorkForThem, Modelo Beer recently licensed Veneer, a handcrafted letterpress type design from Yellow Design Studio. Rugged and tough, Veneer’s all-caps architecture is a perfect match for Modelo’s powerful demeanor, a beer that’s been “brewed with the fighting spirit since 1925.” Available in multiple distressing options along with two sets of Extras icons, Veneer gives designers a lot of flexibility in their projects. It’s a brilliant addition to branding, advertising, and merchandise, as well as a host of other design applications.
